As Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for the sales of cable accessories, i.e. joints and terminations for Medium and High Voltage Cable Systems. In collaboration with colleagues in sales and technical support you will have a great support to continously engagge in improvement initiatives and ensure achievement of KPI targets.
Together with our team in Scandinavia your main focus is in the North of Sweden and Finland where customers are mainly state and municipal power companies, wholesalers, and contractors. You have colleagues in sales and technical support who will support you with quotations, customer care, etc. You will report your sales activities weekly to the Sales Director of HUB Nordics, North America, and Asia.
Your tasks mainly focus on:
- Strengthening co-operation and increasing sales to existing customers
- Prospecting new customers
- Have daily customer contact - preferably through personal meetings
- Make short- and long-term sales and activity plans
- Follow up on sales activities
- Forecasting of revenue and margins
- Provide market input to product management
You have your office at home, preferably in mid or north of Sweden, but will frequently interact in person and online with our production sites in Alingsås, Sweden and Nordenham, Germany. To be successful you will meet customers 3-4 days per week. Additionally, you will have a company car at your disposal.

- Preferably a background within engineering
- You thrive in an outgoing role - preferably with a background in sales
- Fluency in Swedish - and a high level of written and spoken English
- Preferably you have previous experience successfully working remotely
