The position is located at our production site in Asnæs, and you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both locally and globally. Some travel days a year are included in the role.
 

Secure technical performance and development
In the role of Maintenance Manager, you will initially lead a team of 14 colleagues vital for our production capacity, and as we expand our factory the size of the team will increase. Each of them is very skilled in their area of expertise, and your role is to define the required maintenance tasks based on preventive maintenance adapting to daily situations. This includes securing updated machine safety on all relevant equipment and evaluating, planning and building up relevant spare parts stock.

Your contribution is key for everyone in our production 

  • Secure maintenance coverage 24/7
  • Handle break-downs; prioritize, right manning, spare parts
  • Develop the maintenance program by carrying out a risk assessment, and making adaptions to the maintenance strategy
  • Proactive plan for internal maintenance project
  • Participate in overall investment projects at the site 
  • Daily management of the team

Ability to create commitment and communication at all levels

As a person, you have a positive and inspiring attitude towards your diverse team creating team spirit and motivation for all tasks at hand. Our ideal candidate is a future-focused leader skilled in methodical problem-solving and real-world application. You have solid communication skills, knowing your landscape of stakeholders and being able to lead firmly using your empathic skills.  
 

We believe that you have:

  • A BSc. in Technology management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or electrical service engineering. Having an electrical authorization can be beneficial
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Experience with process plants
  • Fluently in Danish and English
  • High competence in Microsoft Office, SAP, Maximo (or similar)
