Enable seamless operations through proactive administration
Are you ready to ensure the site operates efficiently while supporting the green transition? As a Site Assistant at NKT in Asnæs, you will provide valuable administrative assistance to both the management team and the site during an 11-month maternity cover. This role allows you to contribute to a global company with a meaningful purpose—connecting a greener world—while developing your skills within operations, coordination and communication. You will ensure efficient management meetings, maintain information flow, support HR administration, coordinate events, and handle day to day tasks that keep the site running with precision. Coordinate meetings, reporting and site-wide communication
In this temporary role, you will be an essential support function for the Asnæs site leadership within NKT’s Distributions business line. You will plan and facilitate management meetings and workshops, report compliance-related data, manage calendars and accommodations, coordinate initiatives, and ensure that site communication flows seamlessly across channels. You will also arrange internal and external events, support HR with administrative tasks, create purchase orders, and handle ad hoc assignments.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Facilitate and coordinate management meetings and workshops.
- Report data in relevant systems to support compliance.
- Maintain clear information flow across the site.
- Organize internal and external events and coordinate site activities.
- Support HR administration and prepare purchase orders.
- Support site management
You will report to Operations Director René Olsen and collaborate closely with the Management Team, HR, Finance, Facility and HSE. The position is located in Asnæs. A few travel days per year may occur.

You also have:
- Administrative education.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Experience with compliance reporting.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system
