As Regional Sales Manager for Medium Voltage Cable Accessories, you’ll play a central role in NKT’s strategic growth journey, increasing sales and improving connections with key accounts across Spain and Portugal. Grow sales and build long-term customer relationships
You will manage the sales of medium-voltage cable accessories in Iberia, aligning with NKT’s 2030 strategic goals. Your role will focus on expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities, while supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. You’ll also contribute to market intelligence and product qualification processes, ensuring NKT remains competitive and customer-focused.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Further develop and implement the existing go-to.market strategy in line with NKT’s strategic plan 2030
- Forecast and deliver yearly order intake for MV accessories
- Build trusted relationships with customers through regular personal interaction, and manage the full sales process of MV accessories
- Develop a deep understanding of NKT’s existing product portfolio to provide the best solution to our customersIntroduce new products and support marketing campaigns
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams for offers, technical support, planning, and occasional follow-up on the order process
You’ll report to the Senior Director Industrial Strategy Accessories and Head of Sales Iberia, Steven Gottlieb. The role is based in Spain or Portugal (home office or local NKT site) and includes regular travel across Iberia and occasional travel in Europe.

You are a person who thrives in an evolving work setting and enjoys building meaningful long-term relationships. You bring a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and are motivated by
producing tangible results. Your communication style is clear and engaging, and you’re comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
You also have:
- University degree or similar in engineering, technical sales, business administration, or experience in the energy sector
- Experience in Sales or direct customer interaction; knowledge of NKT’s competitors and customer landscape in Iberia is a plus
- Knowledge of power cable accessories up to 72 kV and market landscape; knowledge of NKT’s product portfolio is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; English highly recommended, German and/or Swedish valued positively
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint) , basic ERP systems & SAP knowledge
