As a Junior Site Manager, you will be deployed throughout Germany on construction sites along the corridor projects. Your responsibilities

In your new position, your main task will be the preparation, mobilisation and resource planning of construction sites according to specifications. In addition, your main tasks will include taking over construction sites from the customer and monitoring the execution on site. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Calling off and deploying installation personnel, subcontractors and materials in accordance with the schedule.

  • Checking work for quality, progress and correcting bottlenecks

  • Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are met

  • Participating in construction meetings and site inspections

  • Daily documentation of the work carried out and preparation of reports

  • Coordinating tests, acceptances and handovers on site

  • Successfully completed technical college education in the field of electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable.

  • As a person you are structured, reliable and a practitioner by nature

  • Team spirit, willingness to travel, stress resistance

  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English

  • Experience with common software such as MS-Office

In addition, the following qualifications are desirable:

  • First work experience in line construction sites
