Drive operational excellence and strategic growth
In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of Service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. You will develop and implement operational policies, monitor service delivery processes, and promote a safety culture within the team. You will take on the task to:

Manage day-to-day Service operations

Monitor and optimize service delivery processes

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Perform regular project reviews to mitigate risks
You will also identify and develop service and installation projects, negotiate service contracts, and manage claims. This role involves travel and reporting directly to the VP Service & Installation EMEA, with a dotted line to the Managing Director of NKT Australia. The position is based in Brisbane, Australia and is an onsite role, where regular in-office presence is key to ensure effective collaboration.
Experienced professional committed to growth
We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in the high voltage electrical services industry. You are a strategic thinker with distinguished leadership and communication skills, capable of enhancing business growth and delivering financial targets. You also have:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential. (an MBA would be an asset)

Extensive experience (5 years) in a managerial role within the high voltage electrical services industry

Experience in either project management or project sales

Solid understanding of electrical projects, codes, and regulations

Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management
Lead a dynamic and growing team
