NKT is growing and our Group Financial Compliance & Sustainability Reporting team is expanding as well. As a team, we play a crucial role in ensuring financial compliance across NKT and contribute significantly to the broader finance community. With a strong compliance foundation, we are committed to further development. 

As an analytical thinker with a supportive mindset, you excel in guiding, consulting, and collaborating with others 
You are detail-oriented and interested in internal controls, policies and processes and committed to adhering to them. Your aptitude for diligence and completion will guide you in conducting Financial Compliance Reviews, working solo and with your peers. You will also own various improvement initiatives to further strengthen the internal control environment. Effective communication is key in this role, as it involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders from all organizational levels in multiple countries. 


Your primary responsibilities also include: 
 

  • Support the performance of financial statement and process risk assessments 
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of the Internal Control Framework and policies
  • Provide compliance training sessions to employees across the organization
  • Follow up on observations from Financial Compliance Reviews and external audits
  • Provide support to the organization on financial compliance matters



You also possess: 
 

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, audit, or a related field
  • +4 years of experience in external audit, internal audit, financial compliance, financial controlling or a similar role
  • Possibly experience working in an international organization and manufacturing industry 
  • Fluency in English both oral and written

The position is based in our Headoffice in Brøndby and involves 20-30 travel days per year.
