Coordinate commercial reviews across global teams

As a Commercial Excellence Coordinator, you will support the tender approval and project review processes across Grid Solutions. The role focuses on planning, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, meeting administration, workflow support, and process development. You will work closely with commercial teams, project execution teams, finance, and leadership stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, distributed on time, and properly documented. Your contribution will help maintain governance standards, improve decision-making, and ensure consistency across regions and hubs.

Your responsibility will be to:
•    Coordinate tender approval meetings, agendas, participants, and documentation according to approval requirements
•    Manage document quality reviews, distribution, archiving, and approval records
•    Prepare and distribute decisions, actions, and meeting minutes within agreed timelines
•    Coordinate project review meetings based on project risk categorisation and governance requirements
•    Maintain workflow automation tools and support continuous process improvements

This position reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence and collaborates with global Grid Solutions stakeholders across commercial, project execution, installation management, finance, and leadership teams. Location: NKT office location to be confirmed. Limited travel may be required.

A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in improving processes and ways of working will support long-term performance in this role.

You also have:
•    Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
•    Experience maintaining process methodologies, templates, and guidelines for tender and/or project reviews
•    Experience working in global matrix organisations
•    Basic understanding of risk management and project governance principles
•    Professional written and spoken English
•    Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate
