Enhance SAP CRM solutions across global markets

Are you experienced in CRM systems and interested in supporting digital customer experience initiatives? Join NKT as a CRM Consultant, working with SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support sales and service processes across regions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to CRM roll-out, data quality, and customer insights in a global organisation supporting electrification and sustainable energy systems. Would you like to work closely with business and IT teams to improve how customer data is managed and used?

Configure and optimise SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions in this role, you will support the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) and Service Cloud solutions. Working closely with the CRM Product Owner, you will help deliver roadmap priorities, ensure consistent system use, and support CRM adoption across markets. You will contribute to reliable customer data and improved visibility across sales and service activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Support configuration, testing, and optimisation of SAP Sales and Service Cloud

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Support CRM adoption through onboarding, training, and user support

• Ensure high data quality and enable a 360° view of customer data

• Conduct UAT, manage bug reporting, and coordinate issue resolution

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and external partners in a Scrum-based setup.

You approach tasks with a structured mindset and communicate clearly across teams and cultures. You enjoy contributing to shared goals and support colleagues in creating a positive and inclusive environment. You are comfortable with process improvements and interested in improving processes and systems that support customer-related activities.

You also have:

• Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field

• 5–10 years of experience with CRM systems in a B2B environment

• Practical experience with SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

• Experience in CRM roll-out, user adoption, and UAT/bug resolution

• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
