Manage product data and PIM platform operations
Are you experienced in Product Information Management and interested in improving product data across digital platforms? Join NKT as a PIM Consultant and contribute to maintaining high-quality, consistent product information across customer touchpoints. This role offers the opportunity to work on a global PIM platform, including a replacement project, supporting digital customer experience and faster time-to-market. Would you like to collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable product data and seamless integrations?
Configure and maintain PIM platform for product data in this role, you will support the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the PIM platform to ensure accurate and consistent product data across systems. Working with the PIM Product Owner, you will contribute to governance, workflows, and ongoing improvements while supporting a full PIM platform replacement project. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align product data with digital strategies and enable effective use across platforms.
Your responsibility will be to:
• Configure, maintain, and optimise the PIM platform
• Support PIM replacement project activities including migration and testing
• Ensure product data quality, enrichment, and governance processes
• Collaborate with IT on integrations with ERP, DAM, Webshop, and CRM
• Train and support users on PIM processes and best practices
You will work within an agile Scrum team and collaborate with global stakeholders across functions.
Structured professional with collaborative and quality-focused mindset You are detail-oriented and organised, with a clear approach to managing complex information. You communicate effectively and work with both technical and business stakeholders. You take responsibility for your tasks and support colleagues in meeting shared objectives. You are comfortable with changing priorities, able to work in an agile environment, and interested in improving how product data is managed and used.
You also have:
• Master’s degree in information management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience working with PIM systems in a B2B manufacturing environment
• Practical experience with PIM platforms such as Stibo, Informatica, inriver, or Akeneo
• Experience with configuration, data enrichment, and process optimisation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in sprint activities
Experience with PIM migration or platform replacement projects
