Enhance and streamline our learning processes

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the global curricula of training programs,  configuring the interface to align with organizational needs, and ensuring data integrity. You will be responsible of the end to end administration process and communication of all programs and you will also oversee the education and governance of the process for all administrators and trainers through providing technical support, and develop training sessions for administrators, instructors, and learners.

 

Your role will be to:

  • Customize and configure the interface and functionalities to align with organizational needs.
  • Oversee the organization, categorization, and uploading of learning materials onto LMS.
  • Provide technical support to users and administrators regarding LMS functionality.
  • Generate reports on user engagement and course completion rates.
  • Create, maintain and enrolment of users for all global Academy programs
  • Coordinate administrative parts of events

 

You will report to the Head of Functional Academy, and collaborate with HRIS, IT, BL training leads, trainers, instructors, and other stakeholders. This position is based in Chennai.

 

Technical skills and communication abilities

We are looking for a person with technical skills, including proficiency with LMS platforms such as Success Factors, Blend, Sharepoint and LinkedIn Learning. Strong organizational and project management abilities are essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work as part of a team, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

 

You also have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with LMS in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Experience with LMS administration and support.
  • Advanced English spoken and written skills.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
