Deliver strategic legal support across jurisdictions
As Group Legal Counsel, you will manage and advise on complex commercial contracts and legal matters across NKT’s global operations. You’ll play a key role in enabling business growth while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation. Your work will span customer agreements, procurement contracts, financing deals, and more, always with a commercial perspective.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts
- Manage disputes and lead negotiations
- Support corporate legal tasks and governance
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders across functions
- Deliver legal training to managers and colleagues
You will report to the Head of Commercial Legal and collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and group functions.
Commercially minded legal professional with global experience You are a person who thrives in an international environment and enjoys taking initiatives while being part of a supportive team. You bring a structured approach and a business-oriented perspective to legal challenges. Your ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate clearly makes you a valued advisor across the organization.
You also have:
- A Bachelor /Master of Law degree.
- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or large international company
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience with international commercial contracts and negotiations
- Familiarity with public procurement processes
