Document Controller / Project Support (m/w/d)

In your role as a Document Controller / Project Support (m/f/d), you will be responsible for tracking and coordinating all project documents to ensure high-quality and timely submission of documentation to suppliers and customers, reporting to the Head of Document Control.
Other tasks include:
- Administration and maintenance of the documentation filing structure and document management systems and project mailboxes
- Setting up project-specific processes, templates, plans, and instructions to implement efficient document control
- Creating project reports regarding the status of documentation (progress report and KPI)
- Independently creating project-specific work instructions and preparing training materials in the area of document control
- Creating and managing SharePoint websites for projects and granting access rights
- Contributing to automation and improvements and ensuring correct use of the project site
What do we expect from candidate

- Completed technical or commercial training
- One to three years of professional experience, initial experience in construction projects is desirable
- Juniors and career changers are welcome
- Proficient in MS Office/Office 365
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., M-Files, Aconex, ThinkProject, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Analytical and organized thinking
