Quality Manager for HVAC Projects (m/f/d)

 

 

 

Join our quality management team in Cologne as a key contributor

As a Quality Manager for Projects (m/f/d), you will work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards in an international environment. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on the energy transition through high‑quality products and system solutions in the global high‑voltage cable industry.

 

 

Manage and optimize quality processes in high-voltage cable systems

In this role, you will take on responsibility of the Project Quality Management, managing the implementation of project requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be to:

  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensuring all necessary resources for project work are available.
  • Develop and optimize quality-related processes and methods across all project phases, ensuring sustainable implementation.
  • Identify and manage risks, develop solution strategies, and implement measures for continuous quality improvement.
  • Plan and conduct quality assurance measures and audits, monitor their effectiveness, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and norms.
  • Ensure transparent quality documentation, analysis, and reporting, creating reports and trend evaluations for management.

You will report to the Director, Head od QHSE Governance, and work closely with various teams. This position is based in Cologne.

 

 

Experienced professional with an interest in quality management

We are looking for a candidate with effective leadership skills and an interest in quality management. You should have:

  • Completed technical studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on quality management, project management, or engineering.
  • Several years of experience in quality management of complex projects.
  • Profound knowledge in project and process management, especially in planning, controlling, and implementing quality processes across various project phases.
  • Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, as well as managing resources for large projects
  • Professional skills for identifying risks, developing solution strategies, and continually improving quality (including NCR management).

 

You also have:

  • Professional handling of relevant standards and norms in quality management.
  • Experience in conducting audits and quality assurance measures.
  • Comprehensive communication and reporting skills.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
