Risk Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibility areas

In your role as Risk Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for risk management in large projects, both in the tender and execution phases.

Your main tasks are:

• Providing internal and external interfaces in cooperation with specialist departments to analyze project risks and plan countermeasures

• Maintenance and further development of existing risk management processes, methodologies and tools for the assessment and control of project risks

• Preparation of risk analyses and preparation of management presentations, reports and KPI dashboards for the assessment, calculation, and control of risk commissions

• Providing technical support during the bidding and execution phases and defining requirements regarding contractual, commercial, and technical project risks

• Conducting trainings, workshops, and audits (both internal and external) in risk management

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial studies

• Career changers from the areas of project controlling, contract or project management are also welcome

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and precisely

• Willingness to adapt to constantly changing requirements and to keep track of priorities even in stressful situations

In addition, the following qualifications are desirable:

• Professional experience in the field of marine and high-voltage cable projects

• Professional experience in project/risk management
