Ensure smooth warehouse operations
In this role, you will be responsible for organising, prioritising and coordinating daily activities across the warehouse, workshop and storage areas. You will ensure that tools, machinery and equipment are inspected, maintained and available when needed, coordinate external service providers and support the continuous improvement of processes. In addition, you will help ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and contribute to high-quality operational performance.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks and operational workflows
- Coordinate goods receipt, goods dispatch and material picking activities
- Manage inspections, calibrations and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Maintain the Warehouse Management System and asset register
- Support safe working practices, audits, training activities and inventory processes
The position is based in Troisdorf, Germany, within Grid Solution Installation Service. You will coordinate a team of warehouse and workshop employees and work closely with procurement, planning, project teams, site personnel and external suppliers.

You are organised, reliable and enjoy coordinating activities while supporting colleagues in their daily work. You communicate clearly, work effectively across different functions and approach challenges in a practical and solution-oriented way. Safety, quality and reliability are important to you. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time while maintaining attention to detail.
You also have:
- Completed vocational training in a recognised technical or skilled trade profession
- More than three years of relevant professional experience
- Experience coordinating warehouse, workshop or logistics operations
- Knowledge of inventory management and material flow processes
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and operational documentation
