Deliver reliable IT support across global teams
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day IT consultation, incident management, and service request handling for users across the business. Working closely with colleagues in Infrastructure, Applications, IT Security, and external suppliers, you will help ensure a seamless user experience and maintain service quality in line with ITIL processes and support standards. You will also contribute to documentation improvements, automation initiatives, and IT-related projects when required.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents, questions, and service requests
- Resolve hardware, software, application, and Office 365 related issues
- Deploy, maintain, and replace standard IT equipment and software
- Create and update knowledge articles and technical documentation
- Support automation initiatives and contribute to continuous service improvement
The role involves close collaboration with Group IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Domestic travel to Asnæs or Priorparken (Brøndby) might be required on a limit basis. Reporting within the Group IT organization.
Customer-focused IT professional supporting end users
You are service-minded, approachable, and comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You approach your work in an organized way, stay collected during difficult situations, and enjoy creating practical answers to technical concerns. You value collaboration, maintain attention to detail, and are motivated by learning new technologies and improving how services are delivered. You handle a busy workplace well and keep your approach structured and professional.
You also have:
- 2+ years of experience in a service desk, on-site support, systems administration, or similar role
- Experience handling incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration and basic IP networking
- Experience supporting computer hardware, software installations, and application support
- ITIL certification (advantage)
