Ensure smooth logistics and commercial coordination
In this role, you will manage key logistical processes that support the full commercial order cycle. You will verify stock availability, support the launch of production orders, monitor completed production and ensure correct allocation to customer needs. A significant part of the role includes preparing and coordinating all logistics procedures related to shipping and import operations, including transport arrangements, customs processes, and handling all required documentation. You will collaborate closely with the commercial team to align on order completion, shipment plans and customer communication, ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the process.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Verify stock availability to meet customer orders
- Launch production orders in line with commercial needs
- Monitor completed production and allocate it to the correct orders
- Prepare and coordinate logistics processes including transport and customs
- Manage and issue supporting documentation and notify commercial teams and/or clients
You will work closely with the Logistics Director. The position is based at Esposende and may require occasional visits to suppliers or transport partners.

You also have:
- Secondary education (12th grade)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Professional proficiency in French and English
- Experience in logistics, shipping or similar administrative activities
- Preferably, knowledge of SAP
- A driving license
