Elevate people and performance on NKT’s growth journey
NKT is dedicated to building a diverse organization and a culture in which people from all backgrounds can succeed and do their best work. We believe that a diverse organization enables sustainable performance, and that an inclusive and welcoming culture makes for a better place to work.

This role offers you the chance to shape how we work with people and leadership while directly supporting NKT’s ongoing development and growth. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues and stakeholders across our international organization, build your skills across strategic HR, leadership development, organizational change and continuous improvement, and have the opportunity to turn ideas into solutions with visible impact on both people and performance.

"As a leader, I believe in combining high performance with a genuine caring mentality. I strive to live NKT's shared belief, We Care, every day. To me, this means caring about my work, my colleagues, and my own development and well-being. I strongly believe that personal passion has a direct impact on professional performance. When people are engaged and energized outside of work, that enthusiasm often carries over into their careers, resulting in higher levels of commitment, resilience, and achievement.

One of my greatest passions is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The sport has taught me the importance of discipline, continuous learning, humility, and perseverance. It reinforces many of the leadership qualities I value most, including accountability, respect, resilience, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. These are principles that I strive to bring into my leadership every day." says Hiring Manager, Andreas Sjöström.
