Enable executive excellence in a global green energy organization
NKT is now looking for a professional and service-minded Executive Assistant to support our EVP Grid Solutions. In this trusted role, you will be a key enabler of executive effectiveness, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, high‑quality coordination, and seamless execution of meetings, travel, and communication. You will operate at the heart of a global organization that supports the green transition, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across countries and functions. Support senior executives through structure and coordination
As Executive Assistant, you will enable the EVP Grid Solutions to focus on strategic priorities by managing complex administrative and coordination tasks behind the scenes. You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and organizing executive activities, ensuring calendars, meetings, and travel are handled efficiently and in line with NKT policies. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple workstreams, and interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels will be critical to ensuring efficiency in this role.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and agendas.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including bookings and expense handling.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, visits, and events.
- Maintain documentation, records, and ensure compliance with NKT policies.
You will work closely with executives, global and local stakeholders, and other Executive Assistants across NKT. The position is based in Kaunas, with occasional travel depending on business needs.

You are a structured and motivated professional who enjoys being a trusted partner to senior leaders. You apply a professional approach to complex situations and handle confidential information with experienced handling and discretion. With a service mindset and business understanding, you are comfortable representing the executive and collaborating across cultures and functions. You are known for your ability to prioritize, stay one step ahead, and build positive relationships in a challenging, international environment.
You also have:
- A relevant university degree.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders at Director level or above.
- Advanced calendar, inbox, and meeting management experience.
- Stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Fluency in oral and written English.

Salary range for this position is from 2500 Eur to 2900 Eur Gross.
