Finance Process Analyst

NKT manufactures and sells power cables for a span of applications, including the renewal of the energy transfer network, connection of offshore wind-parks to the grid, and high energy transmission across borders. NKT Shared Service Centre for Accounting and Financial Control in Kaunas is looking for a motivated, curious and goals oriented Finance Process Analyst. Joining HQ in Kaunas with ~120 colleagues across all functions in house and skilled Business Controlling team of 20+ professionals in particular you will open yourself unlimited future career opportunities in corporate international finance.

What can you expect from the position?
You will be based in a modern open space office in Kaunas and as Finance Process Analyst you will be playing a crucial role in working with the financial operations, documentation of finance processes and architecture in the organization.

Your main tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Manage finance process architecture within finance organization by modeling and publishing end-to-end process maps
• Document finance processes “as-is” in a flowchart format, using Signavio process modeling tool, based on BPMN and NKT modeling conventions
• Gather information, review, update and standardize the existing finance process maps
• Analyse finance processes and propose ways for their improvement and alignment with stakeholders
• Organize process reviews, model and present “to-be” process maps
• Manage end-to-end process map publishing process
• Support various functions and departments within the company with finance process map creation and analysis

What do we expect from the candidate?

• You have experience in a financial controlling, and / or accounting area
• You have an analytical mindset and attention to detail, and optimally you have experience in process map creation and analytics
• You have stakeholder- and project management skills, and are able to collaborate and influence
• You are process driven and experienced at process architecture management while demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools such as Signavio, MS Visio, etc. as well as BPMN knowledge would be an advantage

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience facilitating workshops and focus groups would be a bonus
• Excellent written and spoken English

Salary range for this position is from 3500 Eur to 4200 Eur Gross.
