Support strategic financial planning and performance management.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key contributor in enhancing the Group FP&A team. You will support a wide range of FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while also optimizing initiatives across business lines. Your work will directly affect decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Support financial planning processes across NKT, including budget, forecasts, and liquidity planning.
  • Analyze and communicate performance across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Facilitate optimization initiatives in partnership with local finance teams.
  • Standardize principles for product costing, intercompany pricing, and more.
  • Prepare and improve analytical templates and support executive reporting.

You will report to the Head of Group FP&A and be based in Brøndby, Denmark.

You are a collaborative and curious professional who thrives in a challenging, data-driven environment. You enjoy working with complex data and translating it into clear business insights. With a collaborative mindset, you actively seek to engage with stakeholders throughout the organization and support ongoing enhancements.

You also have:

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or Business Partnering in a production company.
  • Proficient Excel skills and experience with large data sets and data modeling.
  • Experience working with BI tools and a comprehension of ERP/BI data frameworks.
  • Fluency in English and proficient communication skills.

Salary range for this position is from 3000 Eur to 3600 Eur Gross.
