NKT is on a growth journey and is welcoming a Financial Data Analyst to join our global team within our business line Applications. Ensure high-quality data for business decisions 
As a Financial Data Analyst at NKT, you develop, maintain, and implement analytical systems and solutions. Your responsibility is also to identify, evaluate, and prepare data for metrics, reports, and KPIs. You work closely with our sales controllers providing valuable insights to support business leadership. NKT is embarking on a journey to merge three existing ECC platforms into one unified S/4Hana platform, an exciting journey you will be part of.

Your main task will be to

• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
• Handle master data (including creation, updates, deletion)
• Evaluate the accuracy of data (updates, deletion, creation etc.)
• Provide support for stakeholders of analyses and interpretations
• Review and develop the analytical tools and solutions

You will be part of a collaborative team and report to the System & Project Finance Manager. This position will be located in Lithuania. You can either be homebased or working from our office in Kaunas (hybrid solution will be offered).

Collaborating and efficient data analyst 
To be organized, proficient, and structured in your way of working is important in this role. Collaborating with others and establishing relationships is something that you are good at. Meeting deadlines, taking ownership of your tasks, and working in an ever-evolving setting is also key in this position.  

You also have:  

• In-depth knowledge in accounting and controlling
• Several years of experience working with data analytics and data quality, including using SQL, Power Query, Excel and Power BI.
• Experience using SAP
• Analytical skills e.g. data mining, evaluation, visualization
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
• Experience in statistical analysis
• Fluency in English
