M365 Engineer
Manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment
We are looking for a skilled M365 Engineer to join our team and help us manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of M365 services and contribute to the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure. Do you want to play a pivotal role in enhancing our M365 environment and ensuring seamless integration of its services?
Optimize and secure our M365 services
In this role, you will manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. You will perform tenant-to-tenant migrations and ensure seamless integration of M365 services. Your role will be to:
- Implement and manage security and compliance policies within the M365 environment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M365-related issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of M365 services.
- Stay updated with the latest M365 features and updates, and implement them as needed.
You will be part of a collaborative team, reporting to the IT Manager, and based in our Kaunas office.
Experienced M365 professional
We are looking for a candidate with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to manage their own tasks effectively. You should have effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. You also have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Knowledge of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and M365 security and compliance.
- Experience with other M365 services.

Salary range for this position is from 3800 Eur to 4500 Eur Gross.
