Project Manager, Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver infrastructure projects across our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives, including upgrades, expansions, and new deployments. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in infrastructure domains (e.g., IT, OT), effective stakeholder management skills, and the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Enhance Infrastructure Project execution
You’ll manage cross-functional projects that span IT and OT domains, working closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our infrastructure is not only fit for today but ready for tomorrow. Your responsibility will be to:
- Oversee end-to-end project management for infrastructure projects, from initiation through closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across infrastructure project delivery.
- Support alignment between operations and development teams, ensuring ITIL-based practices are embedded.
You will report to the VP – Infrastructure & Operations and collaborate closely with IT leadership, project managers, and relevant stakeholders. The role is based in Kaunas and includes approximately 10–20 travel days per year.
Strategic thinker with a deep commitment to secure IT landscapes
We’re looking for a person who is organized and methodical, structured, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You communicate with clarity and confidence, using facts to align stakeholders. Your ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution makes you a trusted Project Manager and an innovative problem solver.
You also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects (e.g., IT networks, data centers, OT systems, construction).
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework in infrastructure environments.
- Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SD+ or similar).
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.

Salary range for this position is from 4200 Eur to 5100 Eur Gross.
