What can you expect from the position?
Service Manager will be responsible for owning IT services (applications/software) to ensure they are configured and maintained according to business line and support function requirements. Additionally, Service Manager will ensure IT Project Management capabilities, actively implement assigned software solutions according to the provided roadmap, and oversee the design, build, and operation of the assigned software solution for the designated business entity.
Your main tasks will be:

Responsible for assigned IT Services/Applications.

Accountable for the quality of the Services/Applications in scope and the operational processes for maintaining and implementing changes to the software follows good practice and at all times implemented according to Group IT procedures and policies.

Accountable for the 2nd level support for IT Services in scope.

Responsible for managing IT projects according to Group IT project model.

Acquire and maintain ongoing user requirements.

Translate business requirements to be implemented in the assigned software solution.

Provide best-practice input to fundamental decisions of the tool set-up and operational model.

Develop integrations with NKT’s IT landscape.
What do we expect from the candidate:
-
At least 3 years of experience in IT application management or similar.
-
IT applications knowledge gained from complex multinational matrix organizations.

Experience with documentation standards (ITIL or similar)
-
Good knowledge of MS Office Package, SharePoint and Teams.

Good understanding of general IT affinity.
-
Be able to interact with the IT organization, management, key stakeholders as well as end users at all levels across the organization.

Works well in a group setting and excels in conveying ideas.

Problem solving mentality.
-
Eager to learn new things.
-
English, fluently speaking and writing.
-
Danish, Swedish, German, Polish or Czech is considered a value-added skill.

Salary range for this position is from 3400 Eur to 5100 Eur brutto.
