Ensure accurate production planning and reliable execution of manufacturing orders

You will work closely with production and other relevant teams, using SAP and production systems to maintain accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and support the efficient flow of materials and production orders. Coordinate production orders and support efficient manufacturing operations

As a Production Planning and Manufacturing Orders Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration and control of manufacturing orders, production postings, material movements, and inventory records. You will work closely with the production department to ensure that production data and material records are accurate and up to date. You will also support the management of discrepancies, scrap processes, and repeated production while contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes and data accuracy.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Process, monitor, and perform complex control of manufacturing orders in SAP
• Record production and consumption of input materials and ensure accurate production data
• Perform material movements and warehouse transactions using SAP, including MIGO
• Maintain records of warehouse stocks, materials, drums, and other production-related items
• Support inventory activities for assets, raw materials, and semi-finished products
• Coordinate and administer material scrap processes
• Create and administer discrepancies and support repeated production processes
• Use production systems for production reporting, traceability, and monitoring of production performance
• Provide daily support to the production department and help resolve operational issues
• Work with production data and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement

The position is based in Kladno, Czech Republic, and reports to the relevant production management. You will collaborate closely with the production department, warehouse, and other supporting functions to ensure accurate production records and smooth daily operations.

You also have:

• Secondary education, in a technical, economic, or related field
• Experience with SAP, particularly production orders and material movements
• Experience with production reporting, warehouse records, or manufacturing administration is welcome
• Basic English language skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work with numbers, data, and administrative systems
• Good PC skills and willingness to work with SAP, Cadet, Cockpit, and other production systems
• Ability to work accurately and professionally
• Experience with OEE, production traceability, or similar production monitoring systems
