Senior Manager - Head of Asset and Execution

As the Sr. Manager – Head of Asset and Execution at NKT, you will oversee critical functions such as resource management of all our Jointers within the region (currently approx. 100 jointers in the NE region) and warehouse management (currently on two locations in Karlskrona and Brøndby). Manage and boost efficiency and quality in asset management
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the functions under your leadership are set up and functioning efficiently and continues to develop to support our priorities, with the functions being:
- Lead our Warehouse management function, where you together with our Warehouse manager will set the direction for safe and efficient warehouse operations, where we look for continuous improvement and ensure a close and well-functioning collaboration with all key stakeholders within the company.
- Lead our team of resource managers, who hast the leadership responsibility of our Jointer force which currently is around 100 Jointers. Where key focus is to size the Jointer pool to meet internal and external customer needs while ensuring that we meet NKT’s standards for safety and quality in an environment build on a high level of engagement and with a
- collaborative and solution oriented mindset.
- Act as a role model for our corporate shared beliefs and cost-consciousness.
You will report to the VP, Head of Service & Installation onshore Northern Europe, and be based in Karlskrona. Travel is generally not expected.
Skilled manager with a problem-solving attitude
We are looking for an experienced manager with a collaborative and respectful approach. You should have a solutions-oriented approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage various stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
You also have:
• Relevant business or operational education/technical knowledge.
• Electrical knowledge or education is beneficial but not a requirement
• Technical work experience from the energy or relevant industry is beneficial
• Project management experience and mindset.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Proficiency in Swedish is highly desirable for effective collaboration and communication within the team and with local stakeholders.
