Sr Project Planner

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our team. As a Project Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and organizing project activities from initiation to completion. You will develop, implement, and maintain procedures, means, and tools to ensure efficient scheduling, progress control, and reporting across the project. Additionally, you will participate in international project teams and mentor junior planners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies, and collaborate with project team members to ensure realistic timelines and milestones.
  • Identify and allocate resources, monitor availability, and address any constraints to maintain project timelines.
  • Regularly update and track project progress against established schedules, identifying potential delays or roadblocks and communicating them to the project team.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans and status reports, and generate regular updates for stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing project risks, running schedule risk analysis reports, and working collaboratively with the project team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, organizing regular project meetings.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in project management or relevant experience
  • Experience in project planning
  • Primavera P6 and Power BI expertise
  • Fluency in English
  • Schedule risk analysis ability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Meritorious Skills:

  • Claim management, FIDIC or NEC contract experience
  • Oil & Gas experience

 

The location for this position is Karlskrona (Sweden).
