
Secure and govern enterprise low-code and AI platforms
As a Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Service Owner, you will help ensure a secure, compliant, and reliable Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem that supports automation and AI-enabled productivity across NKT. Based in Kaunas and working in a hybrid setup, you will be part of Group IT within Finance & IT, cooperating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ensuring reliable and compliant low-code platforms
In this role, you will manage and govern Power Platform environments and Copilot settings, ensuring compliance with enterprise identity, endpoint, and shared services standards. You will monitor platform health, support solution lifecycle processes, and enable responsible adoption of low-code and AI capabilities. The role combines operational responsibility with close collaboration across IT and business units.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Administer and govern Power Platform environments, access, DLP policies, and Copilot settings.
- Monitor platform health and resolve operational issues across apps, flows, connectors, Dataverse, and Copilot.
- Manage solution lifecycle processes, including ALM pipelines and governed environments.
- Oversee cost controls and licensing compliance for Power Platform and Copilot.
- Support makers, IT teams, and business users with guidance, documentation, and best practices.
Structured, collaborative, and service-oriented IT professional
You enjoy working with platform governance while cooperating closely with users and technical colleagues. You approach challenges in a structured way, communicate clearly, and oversee platform operations. You are comfortable managing your own workload while remaining a consistent team contributor, and you value continuous learning in a fast-evolving technology landscape.
You also have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of practical experience administering Microsoft Power Platform.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot configuration and adoption.
- Experience with Entra ID / Azure and enterprise identity concepts.
- ITIL certification or Microsoft certifications.

Salary range for this position is from 4300 Eur to 5300 Eur Gross.
