Customer Commercial Service Specialist
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction? We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Order Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nordenham. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis, with a strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Be the backbone of our operations
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations, handling customer orders with precision and efficiency. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical and commercial questions, working closely with our technical service and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Your main duties will include:
• Handling customer orders with precision and efficiency.
• Resolving technical and commercial questions with the involvement of supporting departments such as technical service.
• Managing orders in SAP and coordinating closely with logistics to guarantee timely delivery to our customers.
• Preparing necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

To thrive in this role, you should have completed commercial training and ideally possess a technical background or relevant experience. Proven experience in international order processing and handling in SAP is essential. You should approach your work in a structured manner, demonstrating strategic thinking and action.
Other key qualifications:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team spirit and reliability.
• Proficiency in common software such as MS Office and SAP, with excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are an advantage.
