Support leaders and oversee impactful HR strategies

As our HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to local leaders, supporting them in strategic and operational HR matters. You will implement global and local HR processes, facilitate leadership development, and ensure alignment with our business goals. Your role will be key in promoting change, advancing skill development, and maintaining collaborative relationships with union representatives.

 

Your role will include:

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to local leaders and management teams
  • Implement and manage global and local HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and career planning
  • Coach and support leaders in performance management and team development
  • Collaborate with union representatives and manage labor relations
  • Oversee and support HR projects and initiatives across locations

You will report to the HR Director Accessories and be part of a cross-functional HR team. The role is based in Nordenham.

 

Strategic thinker with a commitment to people development

You are a goal-oriented and structured individual who thrives in evolving environments. You enjoy coaching others, enabling change, and building meaningful relationships across all levels of the organization. You possess effective communication skills and maintain a service-focused attitude in your work.

You also have:

  • A university degree, for example in Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration
  • Experience in an HR Partner or HR Specialist role
  • Knowledge of local labor law and collective agreements (metal and electronics industry is a plus)
  • Fluency in English and German
