Document Controller
Our UK based team continues to grow and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Document Controller to join our NKT Solutions, Global UXD department.
Are you an experienced Document Controller or Senior Administrative Assistant looking to make a move into the world of green transformation?
Do you have a comprehensive understanding of processes with an expert eye for detail? Looking to work in an international, multi-cultural environment as a problem solver, able to take ownership of tasks within this collaborative role, responsible to support in the delivery of projects. Then this position may be for you!
This role is UK based, full time, Hybrid role working from our Teesside office, with great employee benefits and occasional travel to sites within the UK and to Sweden.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive setting, across multiple projects within strict and demanding timelines
- To be able to comply and adhere to document control standards and protocols
- High level integrity to ensure confidentiality at all times
- Analysis and reporting with good prioritization skills
Your Experience Profile should also include:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a document control role or 5 years’ experience in an administrative position. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat DC. Knowledge of document management software such as ACC, Aconex, M-Files would be advantageous. English is our business language, however a knowledge of German or French may be great for potential future projects.
