As a Sales Manager, you will be directly involved in customer development, opportunity identification, and project sales calculations. Direct and manage the sales process

 

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the sales process, from customer development to opportunity identification and sales calculations. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the effective negotiation and handover of projects.

 

Your aim will be to:

  • Establish client relationships and regular information channels to the market and clients;
  • Strategically explore sales opportunities;
  • Create proposals, collect technical input, develop project plans, and create project cost calculations;
  • Identify potential risks in service sales and review technical work requirements;
  • Negotiate commercial conditions with customers and handover to project management.

 

You will be part of the office in Rotterdam, Netherlands and may need to travel nationally and internationally (on average 1 day per week).

 

Motivated and detail-oriented sales professional

 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in project management and high voltage cable installations. You should have a willingness to learn, have adept communication and negotiation skills, and be able to establish meaningful working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

 

You also have:

  • Fluent Dutch and English skills in spoken and written form.
  • Attention to detail while being structured.
  • Ability to establish and enhance good working relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • High intrinsic motivation.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (on average 1 day per week).
