Lead high voltage XLPE & Oil filled cable projects

Manage and execute high voltage cable projects

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high voltage XLPE & Oil filled cable projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and report directly to senior management.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

You will be based in Kuwait and may need to travel to various project sites as required.

 

Qualified and dynamic engineering professional

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual with a strong background in electrical power engineering. You should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You also have:

  • A BSc in Electrical Power Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in high voltage XLPE & Oil filled cable projects as EPC, with a preference for experience in oil-filled cables.
  • Approval by GCC’s local power supply utility or qualification for approval.
  • Approval by the Kuwait Engineers Society.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Projects.
  • A valid GCC driving license.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
