Oversee and manage sales processes
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from market analysis to project handover. You will actively seek sales opportunities, manage bids, and develop technical solutions for VPE, oil, and gas pressure cables. Your task will be to:
- Conduct market analysis and identify sales opportunities
- Manage bids and maintain opportunities in the CRM system
- Develop technical solutions for various projects
- Create project plans and cost estimates
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients
You will collaborate with internal departments such as engineering and external stakeholders, including international clients, subcontractors, and authorities. This position is based in Troisdorf, Germany.
Innovative and agile sales professional
We are looking for an innovative and proactive sales professional who thrives in a challenging environment. You should be adept at organizing your own tasks, manage multiple assignments, and build effective relationships with clients. You also have:
- Experience in sales processes from market analysis to project handover
- Proficiency in managing bids and maintaining CRM systems
- Ability to develop technical solutions for VPE, oil, and gas pressure cables
- Skills in creating project plans and cost estimates
- Expertise in negotiating commercial terms with clients
- Experience in risk management during sales processes
- Fluent German and English language skills
