Production Technologist – Develop Production Technologies with Us

We are looking for Production Technologist to join our team and contribute to the development of manufacturing technologies, introduction of new equipment and materials, and continuous improvement of our production processes.

 Your responsibilities

• Develop and optimize **production processes, technological procedures and machine parameters
• Participate in the introduction, testing and validation of **new equipment and technologies
• Identify production challenges and work with colleagues to find effective solutions
• Contribute to the **development and introduction of new products and processes, including FMEA
• Participate in testing and approval of new materials and raw materials
• Monitor production and quality parameters and suggest opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other technical teams

Your profile

• Secondary school or university degree in a **technical field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or an interest in developing your career in production technology
• Knowledge of plastics extrusion is welcome
• Familiarity with quality and problem-solving tools such as **FMEA, 5 Why or Ishikawa
• English skills that allow you to communicate in an international working environment
• Ability to understand technical processes and find practical solutions
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different teams
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop
