Lead high-voltage sales strategy across Iberia

As Regional Sales Manager HV, you will play a pivotal role in driving NKT’s strategic sales growth across Spain and Portugal. Strengthen key accounts and expand High Voltage market reach
In this role, you will lead the sales of high-voltage cable accessories (72 kV and above) across Iberia, ensuring alignment with NKT’s strategic objectives. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from forecasting and planning to qualification and post-sales support—while deepening relationships with existing key accounts and developing new ones. Your insights will help shape our product offerings and market strategy.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Further develop and implement the existing go-to.market strategy in line with NKT’s strategic plan 2030
- Forecast and deliver annual order intake for HV accessories
- Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams
- Drive product qualification processes with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide post-sales support
- Share market intelligence and represent NKT at fairs and campaigns
You will report to the Senior Director Industrial Strategy Accessories and Head of Sales Iberia. The role is based in Spain or Portugal (home office or local NKT site) and includes regular travel across Iberia and occasional travel in Europe.
Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills
We’re looking for a person who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working across technical and commercial domains. You are structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, with a passion for sales and a drive to get things done. You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and adapt your approach to meet long-term goals.
You also have:
- Experience in engineering, sales, or technical sales within the energy sector
- Knowledge of power cable accessories and the competitive landscape
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; English is highly recommended
- Solid MS Office skills and basic ERP system knowledge
- Familiarity with sales management systems (e.g., SAP)
Preferred: Prior experience with end-customers in the energy sector
