Shape smart HR processes by bridging people and systems
Do you want to play an important role in supporting people, processes and technology within a global organization supporting the green transition? As an HR Coordinator at NKT, you will contribute to delivering efficient, compliant and people-focused HR services across the entire employee lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining HR administration, process improvement and system support in an international environment. You will work across the entire employee lifecycle, supporting managers and HR colleagues while contributing to efficient, compliant, and future-proof HR processes.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover, offering a great opportunity to gain practical experience in both day-to-day HR delivery and HR transformation initiatives.
 
Support and develop smart HR operations
As HR Coordinator, you will be a key link between HR, Payroll and IT, ensuring high-quality HR operations and a seamless employee experience. You will work with HR administration, employee data, reporting and HR systems while supporting managers, employees and HR colleagues.

In addition to supporting day-to-day HR operations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to HR transformation initiatives and projects, including continuous development of HRIS/HCM platforms and other digital HR solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
•    Manage HR administration, including hires, changes and exits
•    Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation
•    Support onboarding and offboarding activities
•    Maintain employee data and ensure data quality across HR systems
•    Contribute to HR systems, process improvement, digitalization, training and user support initiatives

You will be part of the HR Operations team and collaborate closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, managers and IT colleagues. The position is based in Karlskrona, Sweden.

In addition you have:
•    Experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role
•    Solid system understanding and interest in digital tools and processes
•    Good communication skills in Swedish and English
•    Experience working with employee data and HR documentation

Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/HCM platforms is considered an advantage.
