As Manager Technology Capability Engineering Accessories, you will support the development of products, technologies and engineering capabilities that secure NKT’s position in the global energy transition. You will bring key engineering functions together, build deeper specialist knowledge and support robust, safe and competitive solutions for high-voltage cable accessories.
This is a strategic leadership position where you will be responsible for ensuring that our engineering organization has the products, technologies, skills and processes needed to support both today's projects and tomorrow's business opportunities.
Enhance engineering capacity to support sustainable transformation
You will be responsible for Product Technology Engineering, Dynamic Repair Engineering and Engineering Excellence — the core functions ensuring that our products, technologies and engineering methods evolve with business needs. You will contribute to a clear product ownership and support standardized and efficient ways of working.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the development and lifecycle management of NKT's accessory product portfolio and technology roadmap.
- Ensure structured documentation, standards and design rules.
- Build specialist knowledge and support technical career paths.
- Advance digitalization, standardization and efficient engineering processes.
Working across Karlskrona and Chennai, you will collaborate with teams such as Project Execution, Fiber Optic Engineering and R&D to shape how we innovate and deliver. You will report to the Senior Manager Accessories Engineering. The role is based in Karlskrona with occasional travel.
